Prissila Stephany Howard Neira (born 21 September 1991) is a Peruvian model, TV Host and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Peru 2017 and represented Peru at the Miss Universe 2017 pageant. Priscila Howard, 25, has graduated with a degree in Administration and Management of Human Resources from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. Prissila Howard spent the last 5 years of her life pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Human Resources. After finishing as first runner up at the Miss Perú 2016 pageant, she decided to start her own business, Crece 360. Crece 360 is an empowerment program that gives people tools to transform their abilities, align their way of life to the reach their goals, and help them become the best version of themselves. Howard was born in Piura but she grew up in Lima. She studied and graduated in Human Resources and Business Administration in Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Howard placed 1st Runner-up in Miss Peru 2016 while traditionally the 1st Runner-up represented her country at the Miss Grand International 2016 pageant in Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.Howard represented Peru at Miss Grand International 2016 in Las Vegas on October 25, 2016 where she finished in the Top 10 semi-finalists. Howard will represent Peru at Miss Universe 2017 where Iris Mittenaere of France will crown her successor at the end of the event. Priscila Howard has not only been the first runner up at Miss Peru 2016, but she has also been top 10 in Miss Grand International 2016. Before that, she has been crowned Miss Teen Del Pacifico 2010 and Miss Teenager Peru 2009.
