Mariska was born on 23^rd Jan, 1964, to Hungarian born Mickey Hargitay, a former Mr. Universe, and Jayne Mansfield, an actress and sex symbol of the 1950s.In 1982, Mariska Hargitay graduated from the Marymount High School in Los Angeles.After graduation, she joined UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television. However, she left it before completing her studies to focus on her acting career.
